Twinlab GABA Plus is a very fine product like all TwinLab products. GABA Plus can be used together with other amino acids to aid in HgH release, but due to its composition it is unsuitable to stimulate HgH release on its own.

contains niacin, GABA and inositol wich makes it a great product for other purposes OR to take in combination with other hgh precursor amino acids.
The restrictive point is that as you increase the dosage for GABA, especially the niacin will rise to a extreme level, wich may cause severe itching.
Taking GABA in excess of 18 grams a day may lead to increased anxiety, tingling, changes in hearth and breath rate and numbness around the mouth. Any mental condition warrants consultation with your health care provider before taking GABA.
Due to the nature of GABA, high dosages of GABA are not recommended during daytime
since GABA is a natural relaxant and may induce drowsiness.
With this product you will have less risk of overdoing it, the rise in niacin is a self limiting factor.
Amino Acids, and amino acid based products are not suitable for lactating women, children, diabetics, persons with herpes or forms of psychosis. We strongly advise you to consult your physician if you are taking MAO inhibitors, are being treated for hypertension, cardiac or pulmonary disease, or if you are taking products that contain L-Dopa.
