HgH Therapy Advice

As HgH users ourselves, our experience with HgH Therapy has led to the following advice with regards to Prescription GH, Homeopathic GH, Precursors and GH Releasers.

The status of our advice based on our own experience is just that, it is not medical advice, nor has it been reviewed by any doctor or controlling entity. Use it "as is", just an informed opinion on HgH therapy, and do your own research before engaging in any form of growth hormone supplementation, GH replacement or anti-aging health therapy.

When do you need HgH Therapy?

Human growth hormone therapy is not needed by everyone. If you experience symptoms of HgH deficiency or are concerned about your aging process test your IGF-1 levels to see if your concerns are due to HgH deficiency.

Chosing a HgH Therapy

Then you will have to make a choice as to how you will enhance your growth hormone chosing from Prescription GH, Homeopathic GH, Precursors or GH Releasers. The decision on which method to use depends on your individual preference, your medical history, and your budget.

HgH Therapy::Prescription or Releasers?

Growth hormone injections are the most expensive, they are recommended if you are in your 60s or 70s and do not wish to wait, or if your pituitary gland is simply not able to produce (enough) GH due to surgery, tumors or other diseases. If you are in your 40s and 50s, GH Releasers based on amino acids are a reasonable HgH therapy. If clinical (measurable or visible) improvements are seen, there may not be a need for Prescription GH. If no results are seen you may have to step up to Prescription GH. This also applies if you are younger then 40.

Important is that Prescription HgH Therapy must be carried out under the care of a physician. Normally prescription HgH Therapy call for daily injections for a few months with resting periods between cycles. During these resting periods, which are usually a month for every three to six months of injection, it is advisable to use a GH Releaser to maintain a stable level of Gh production & secretion.

HgH Therapy:: Precursors

If you want to enhance your hormonal health but do not want to use GH Releasers, taking GH precursors is a simple and natural way. Supplementation with precursor hormones such as DHEA and pregnenolone are also effective, although in general less effective than HgH therapies based on amino acid releasers.

HgH Therapy:: The other option

If you do not want to take any hormone replacements or supplements, intensive strength training which involves the large muscles such as the back, thigh, and chest (bodybuilding or fitness), together with intensive cardiovascular exercise programs (aerobics, Tae Bo) have shown to increase the growth hormone level in the body. Athletes who train heavily are known to maintain youthful levels of GH right into their 70s. All major clinical studies of exercise show that the results when compared to HgH therapy are similar. These results include an increase in bone density and muscle mass, reduction of cholesterol, blood pressure and triglycerides, a decrease in body fat, and an increased life expectancy. Exercise and diet both promote the control of insulin. Not surprisingly, if you combine intensive strength training with HgH therapy, you may need to decrease GH supplementation or replacement dosage to avoid going over the safe IGF-1 threshold (500ng/ml).

HgH Therapy::About Homeopathic growth hormone

Homeopathic GH can be a good substitute for growth hormone releasers. However many studies have shown that the placebo effects of Homeopathic GH can be large. Several homeopathic GH products are in reality homeopathic releasers and we categorize them as releasers. Several studies on Homeopathics show that they do work. Our experience with homeopathics is that it greatly depends on the individual user. So our recommendation is to use homeopathic products if you feel inclined to do so or have previous positive experiences with homeopathic products.

HgH Therapy guidelines

These are the additional guidelines for HgH Therapy in all it's forms.

HgH Therapy in General

For all human growth hormone treatments the following can be said:

  • If you are suffering from any form of chronic illness, are pregnant or lactating, have allergies with severe reactions, or have any second thoughts about human growth hormone please consult a physician or an endocrinologist before starting any HgH therapy.
  • Take a general medical checkup before starting any form of hormone supplementation or hormone replacement.
  • We strongly advice against GH supplementation or GH replacement for anyone who is still in a bone growth phase (youths and children) without medical necessity or supervision.
  • In the end, you are the sole responsible for your body, so measure the effects of any form of GH supplementation or replacement. Select a testing method, find out what the normal reference values are for your testing method and your age, and test regularly.
  • If side effects occur, stop the treatment and consult a physician. The most common side effects will go away if you stop your supplementation for a couple of weeks. Most treatments advice "cycling", a period of HgH usage followed by a period of rest, always follow the manufacturers guidelines.
  • Increasing your growth factor levels is invariably beneficial. To achieve the most marked and especially anti-aging results however you must raise your levels to that of a 20-25 year old (typically 300-350 ng/ml).
  • Always check expiration dates.
  • For best results always include a sound diet and exercise in your HgH therapy.
  • Until research shows how to permanently induce the pituitary gland to release more human growth hormone, remember that all forms of HgH therapy have one drawback, your body will revert to its initial state when you stop the therapy.

Prescription (injection) HgH Therapy. USA only.

  • Only use FDA approved Prescription GH. Stay away from anyone offering injectable GH without a prescription.
  • Only use suppliers that work with US prescriptions, US doctors and US pharmacies.
  • Prescription growth hormone is only available with a doctor's prescription after a review of your situation by a doctor. Most Prescription GH suppliers have an in-house doctor or can refer you to a doctor for this review.
  • A good Prescription GH supplier will be able to supply you with the relevant tests to monitor your HgH therapy.
  • A prescription GH supplier should give you extensive "cycling" information and will also supply you with GH Releasers to stimulate your pituitary gland so it will not shut down.
  • The cost of Prescription GH is higher than the other forms of HgH treatment but prescription growth hormone is also much more effective.
  • If your pituitary gland does not produce growth hormone or only very low levels of growth hormone due to tumors, surgery or such, prescription GH is your only option at this time.
  • Side effects may occur if you inject more growth hormone into your body than the natural maximum available for a 20 - 25 year old (IGF-1 level higher then 500 ng/ml).

Homeopathic HgH Therapy

  • Homeopathic GH contains actual traces of human growth hormone.
  • Homeopathic GH has no side effects whatsoever.
  • If you are confident with homeopathic remedies use them , if you are not comfortable with homeopathic remedies, chose another form of supplementation. The key issue is getting the measurable results.

Precursor HGH Therapy

  • Precursors are the hormones which must be available in the body so the pituitary can make growth hormone.
  • True precursors tend to come in high dosages. There is a possibility that due to the exogenous increase in growth factor synthesizing agents the pituitary gland may conclude it needs to release less GH of its own or shut down, the risk of this happening with a precursor is much lower than with prescription HgH.
  • Extra precursor substances the body doesn't use are flushed out in your daily eliminations.

Releaser HgH Therapy

  • Releasers primarily stimulate the pituitary gland to release more human growth hormone.
  • Releasers are mostly made up of a combination of amino acids to stimulate the hormonal system in various ways.
  • At least two grams of amino acids daily are needed to have any effect on pituitary growth hormone stimulation.
